My Workflow
1. Research and Discovery
Understand you and your business. What's your vision and future goals? What problems are you looking to solve?
2. Empathize
Understand the goals, wants, and needs for the users of the product to build more user oriented solutions. This process includes research methods such as interviews, journey maps, and usability tests.
3. Ideate
Brainstorm in order to create an array of research based solutions. The best solutions are further developed and extrapolated.
4. Prototyping
Draft and create mock-ups following the research based solutions. Prototypes are designed between low to high fidelity.
5. Testing
Experimenting with design ideas in order to narrow down successful solutions. Successful solutions are then developed and shipped.
6. Implement and Iterate
Final designs are fully developed and implemented then tested for success. Under performing designs are reworked to be more effective.
